With extensive experience in e-learning, Michiel started his Archipel adventure as an E-learning Developer. His entrepreneurial spirit and vision resulted in the success story known as the Learning Content Factory .

With enthusiasm, he now leads this passionate team that creates content for educational purposes.

In his free time, Michiel builds (neo)retro racing and track bikes with the same enthusiasm.

Merel, as a Project Manager, is a goal-oriented and connecting doer. In addition, her background in Marketing & Communication comes in handy for the development of activation campaigns, the creation of creative concepts, and scriptwriting.

With passports full of stamps and visas, she is a curious traveler. With the same curiosity, she thoroughly tackles every project.

René has been working for Archipel for many years and is well-known to everyone. He is our all-rounder, from e-learnings to graphic elements and from UX design to HTML. He can handle everything.

Maybe you hear a thumping sound on Fridays? That’s René. With his passion for music, a good sound system is, of course,
a must!

Starting as a training coordinator, she has now moved on to become an Instructional Design Consultant at the Learning Content Factory. She advises and develops learning programs based on a didactic and results-oriented approach with best practices as a common thread.

She prefers to recharge her batteries by the sea, with the sun on her face.

Tess has been working at Archipel Academy for a good two years. After starting with the Backoffice, she moved to the marketing team to focus on all of the Archipel events. Her journey didn’t stop here! Tess is now a proud member of the LCF team, where she will be focusing on new business. A new challenge which she is super thrilled about and ready to explore!

Besides work she loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She loves animals, especially her dog Luna.
