Who we are: Providing an overview of Archipel’s history, mission, and vision, giving employees a deeper understanding of the organization’s identity and purpose.
What we do: Exploring Archipel’s core business activities, products, and services, ensuring employees grasp the company’s role in its industry and its impact on clients and stakeholders.
Departments: Familiarizing new hires with the various departments within Archipel, their functions, and how they collaborate to achieve organizational goals.
Toolbox: Equipping employees with essential tools, resources, and technologies they need to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
Social: Introducing new employees to Archipel’s social and cultural aspects, including team-building activities, networking opportunities, and employee support programs.
Archi Family: Emphasizing the sense of belonging and camaraderie within the Archipel team, highlighting the importance of collaboration, respect, and mutual support among colleagues.
In addition to the onboarding module, LCF has also developed micro-learnings available on the learning portal. These bite-sized learning nuggets allow employees to quickly access specific information at any time, without having to revisit the entire onboarding process. This ensures that new hires have ongoing access to valuable resources and can continue to learn and grow throughout their tenure at Archipel.
